A Jungian pause

I spotted this meme with Carl Jung at just the right moment ā€” I understand the need for silence sometimes. How, though, to balance the urge to be quiet with the desire to maintain the momentum of saying something here daily for more than a year?

Obviously, the balance is achieved by sharing the meme and saying I feel like I need a little recovery time today. (Insert wry smile emoji here.) Thanks for understanding.
