poem 1 Minute


“Write a poem!”
I cried to myself
And scribbled along the path.

“You call this a poem?”
my inner critic bawled.
  I had no answer
  so I indented two lines
and hit Return
and hit Return
and hit Return twice.

There’s your stinkin’ poem
Prove me wrong
